Position: Director of Internal Relations

 

The Director of Internal Relations maintains a strong and constant

communication within the CAA and the faculty. He/she is responsible setting up meetings,

as well as, creating and distributing the meeting agendas and minutes.

He/she plays a key role in Human Resource Management (including legal

compliance, strategic planning, job descriptions, job analysis, and member development).

He/she is also responsible for building strong and positive relationships with students in the

Capilano School of Business. He/she is responsible for increasing the awareness of the CAA

among students of the Capilano School of Business.

Note: Internal entities may include, but are not limited to: CAA Executives, faculty and staff of

Capilano University, and other student societies within Capilano University.
